Preview Agent Prompt

GET /agents/{agent_id}/prompt-preview

The assembled prompt plan, its cache boundary, and the static analysis over it.

The review-time half of I-19 (annex 07 §4.3). A rendered timestamp above the boundary invalidates the prefix on every single request and has no other symptom; warnings is what turns that into something a reviewer can see before it ships.

Role floor

Requires viewer or above. The floor is a minimum, not a grant: scope filtering still applies on top of it, and a resource in another tenant answers 404 rather than 403.
