Get Queue Status

GET /system/queue

Per lane: depth, oldest queued age, running count, suspended count (annex 15 §8).

oldest_queued_age_s is the number that catches a silent stall. A queue that is deep and moving is fine; a queue whose head has been waiting an hour is not, and depth alone cannot tell them apart — which is why both are here and why the alert metric reads the same query this panel does.

Role floor

Requires admin or above. The floor is a minimum, not a grant: scope filtering still applies on top of it, and a resource in another tenant answers 404 rather than 403.
