List Organization Workspaces

GET /organizations/{organization_id}/workspaces

q searches name and slug on the server, as it does on GET /workspaces.

It was the one tenant listing without it, and the console could measure the cost: the anchor picker’s workspace combobox passes searchable={false} and routes its query through a noop, because a search box wired to an endpoint that ignores q is an input that eats keystrokes (D-1706). The list is bounded by one organization, which is the argument that was made for leaving it out — and an organization with forty workspaces makes the fortieth unreachable from the picker that exists to reach it. The service and WorkspaceRepository.listing already took the filter; only this signature did not pass it.
