Delete Session

DELETE /sessions/{session_id}

Soft: the runs that reference it stay explainable. A hard delete would leave a transcript pointing at nothing, which is worse than a row marked gone.

Role floor

Requires member or above. The floor is a minimum, not a grant: scope filtering still applies on top of it, and a resource in another tenant answers 404 rather than 403.
