Get Run Step Payload

GET /runs/{run_id}/steps/{step_id}/payload

The raw provider request and response. admin, because this is the most sensitive content in the system and it is read only when somebody is debugging (C-9).

Role floor

Requires admin or above. The floor is a minimum, not a grant: scope filtering still applies on top of it, and a resource in another tenant answers 404 rather than 403.
