Delete Knowledge Base

DELETE /knowledge-bases/{kb_id}

Irreversible, and a hard delete (§14, D-738).

Not soft: a soft-deleted base whose items were still live would keep answering through every grant that names it. Consolidation runs detach rather than cascade, so the deleted base’s maintenance spend stays visible next to the ledger.

Role floor

Requires admin or above. The floor is a minimum, not a grant: scope filtering still applies on top of it, and a resource in another tenant answers 404 rather than 403.
