List Sso Providers

GET /auth/sso/providers

The configured federated providers.

The redirect flow itself (/sso/{provider}/start and /callback) is deferred: completing it means an outbound authorization-code exchange, which is an adapter this milestone does not have (D-210). Listing is honest with none configured — it returns an empty list rather than pretending.

No credential

This operation is public: it authenticates by its own mechanism — a webhook signature or a channel token — rather than by a platform credential.
